How To Make STUFFED CHICKEN BREAS Recipe

 

STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST


Ingredients



Chicken breast 3 open like a leaf flattened
Cheddar cheese grated 150 gm
Oregano ½ tsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp
Parsley finely chopped 1 tbsp
Worcester sauce 1 tbsp
Butter 1 ounce
Imported bread crumbs


Ingredients for Batter



Eggs 3
Milk ½ cup
Flour 3 tbsp heaped


METHOD


Mix all the ingredients together then divide this mixture into three portions in oblong shape. Flattened breast fill with one portion of cheese stuffing, enclose well, put in freezer for 1 hour, make batter, dip breast in batter then in bread crumbs, give shape properly by pressing firmly between your hands, deep fry on low flame for about 15 mins. Serve with coleslaw salad and fries.


METHOD FOR BATTER



Beat eggs add milk and flour mix all well together to make batter, do not add any water.
