How To Make Omelette in Tomato Sauce Recipe

 

Omelette in Tomato Sauce



Ingredients:


Oil 4 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic cloves 3
Eggs 5 
Milk 200 ml
Cheese 100 g
Tomatoes 580 g
Rosemary 2 tsp
Chicken cube 2
Red chilli (cracked) 2 tsp



¤ Directions ¤


☆ Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Add milk and beat properly as well.

☆ In a pan add the oil and add chopped garlic and sauté for 20 seconds.

☆ Add the egg and milk mixture to the pan and start cooking.

☆ Fold in the cooked edges of the omlette and cook until light brown. Dish out momentarily.

☆ In a food processor add the tomatoes and process them 

☆ In the same pan add the tomatoes and the rosemary and cook for 4 minutes.

☆ Add the cube and mix properly.

☆ Once done add the omelttes and serve.
