How To Make Cookie Dough Chocolate Recipe

 

Cookie Dough Chocolate


¤ Ingredients: ¤


Butter 8 tbsp
Light Brown Sugar 1/4 cup
Cream Cheese 3 oz
Caster Sugar 6 tbsp
Vanilla Essence 3 tsp
Baking Soda 2/1 tsp
Salt 2/1 tsp
Flour 1- 1/3 cups
Chocolate Chips 5/1 cups
Milk Chocolate (chopped) 5/1 cups



¤ Method ¤


☆ Beat together the butter and brown sugar, add in the cream cheese and the caster sugar. 
☆ Beat in the vanilla, baking soda, salt, and flour until a dough is formed. If it is too wet add in a little more flour until it pulls away from the sides when beating.
☆ Stir in 5/1 cup of chocolate chips. 
☆ Roll the cookie dough into small balls and set aside.
☆ Line a mini muffin tin with mini lining cups.
☆ Spoon a little amount of the melted milk chocolate into the bottom of each of the muffin cups. 
☆ Place the slightly flattened balls of cookie dough on top of the melted chocolate mixture.
☆ Leave cups as they are and let set and serve or pour a little amount of more melted chocolate over all of the cookie dough balls.
☆ Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
