How To Make Dairy Free Lasagna Recipe

 

Dairy Free Lasagna

¤ Ingredients ¤


Brinjal (sliced) 2
Zucchini (sliced) 3
Spinach (chopped) 10 oz
Onions (chopped) 3
Capsicum (chopped) 2
Garlic 2 cloves
Tomatoes (chopped) 3 cups
Tomato Puree 2 cup
Caster Sugar 1/4 tsp
Chopped Basil 3 tbsp
Lasagna Sheets (boiled) 2 packet
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Oil as required


¤ Method ¤


☆ Place brinjal slices in a colander sprinkle liberally with salt and let stand 30 minutes.
☆ Heat 1 tbsp oil, fry the zucchini slices for a minute on both sides and set aside. ☆ Put salt and pepper in the chopped spinach.
☆ Heat remaining oil, wash the brinjal slices and pat dry and then fry them on both sides. Set aside.
☆ To the same oil, add onions, capsicum and garlic and sauté, add the tomatoes, tomato puree, sugar and let tomatoes cook.
☆ Simmer until thickened, stir in basil and add salt and pepper. In a greased dish add a little of the sauce, then lasagna sheets, brinjal slices, tomato sauce, lasagna sheets, spinach, tomato sauce and zucchini slices.
☆ Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C until golden on top.
