GC University Faisalabad Admission 2016 Admission Form, Last Date

INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING FOR ONLINE ADMISSION

Step 1.(For all the Applicants)

1. Please keep your transcripts, CNIC with you before filling the online Admission Form.
2. Scan your picture, having blue background, for uploading in the online Admission Form. Size of the picture must be less than 25KB.
3. Open Admission Form on University website https://admissions.gcuf.edu.pk/
4. Fill up admission form carefully and proof read it before final submission.
   Please note that after pressing the “Finalize” button, the application form cannot be edited or changed. 
5. Incomplete forms or the forms submitted after due date will not be entertained.
6. After completing the online form, take print out ofboth Fee Voucher and Admission Form.
7. Deposit fee in any branch of United Bank Limited, in all over the Pakistan. The bank will return three parts of the Fee Voucher and one computer generated receipt.
   This Computer generated receiptcan be used for getting Prospectus from Directorate of Advanced Studies or Undergraduate Studiesof the University or any TCS office
   Note: TCS will charge Rs. 200/- extra, as service charges.
8. At the time of admission process, University does not require any kind of educational certificates and hard copy of applications form.
9. Please visit the University website (www.gcuf.edu.pk) regularly after the closing date for admission status and updates.
10. List of top 200 applicants of each discipline will be displayed on University Website. Out of these 200 applicants, top listed students (as per availability of seats), falling within the “Merit List”, will be highlighted.
11. The highlighted successful candidates will also receive an SMS from the UniversityAdmission Cell.

Step 2 (For Successful Applicants)

1. Selected Applicants will contact the Admission Incharge of the relevant department, along  with original educational documents, CNIC,  two sets of complete attested photocopies of the documents and print of online admission form (which was filled in step 1).
2. After completion of verification process by Departmental Admission Office, the selected successful candidates will receive a new Fee Voucher for 1st Semester from the concerned department  and he/she will deposit the fee into the nominated banks within the University’s Main Campus within due dates.
3. If a candidate does not submit the Semester Fee within due date, it will be considered that he / she is not interested in admission and his / her name will be removed from the Merit List.
4. After depositing the fee, new comer students will go back to the relevant department and complete enrollment process (through Departmental focal person).

Additional Instructions for applicants of MS/MPhil and PhD

1. Appear in written test in the relevant department on given date(Test Fee is included in the Prospects Fee) i.e. Prospects Fee Rs. 1400 + Test Fee Rs.500= Rs.1900/-
2. List of successful candidates in admission test will be displayed on the University Website,later on. 
3. Successful candidates of test have to appear for the interview (date and venue of the interview will be announced after test on Website).
4. After interview, list of successful candidates will be displayed on University Website and candidates have to go through the process given in the step 2 and step 3.

Note: Any forgery in transcripts or tampering in marks will result in cancellation of application at any stage even after the admission and this will make the applicant ineligible for lifetimeadmission at Government College University, Faisalabad.
