How To Make CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN Recipe

 

CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN



Ingredients


Chicken 1 (16 pcs)
Garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped
Soya sauce 3 tbsp
2 eggs
Plain flour 1 cup
Corn flour ½ cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1½ tsp
Oil for deep frying


METHOD


In a bowl add flour, corn flour, salt, pepper and mix well, marinate chicken with garlic paste all over, add soya sauce, mix well, leave it for 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan, beat egg and add to the chicken, mix well. Dip the chicken pieces in the flour mixture coating them fully then dip in egg again, then coat with a flour mixture again and shake off any excess flour. Immediately add the chicken pieces to the hot oil, fry for 15 mins, till the chicken is light golden and crisp. Serve immediately.
